Last Semester!

Life is good... I'm about to start my last semester at The Culinary Institute of America, where I will be graduating in the fall with my bachelors (crazy right?). At this moment I am procrastinating writing a final paper for my finance paper, I'd rather be decorating a cake. That's what I love to do, make and decorate cakes. I'll put up some pictures soon. I've been in this industry five years now. I started out at a technical high school for 2 years, earning a culinary certificate. I then continued onto the CIA, earning my Associate's degree and in approximately 18 weeks, my bachelor's degree. I'm looking into all different areas for post graduation opportunities... Of course my family wants me to come home, but I'm ready to explore the world. Hopefully you'll join me for an adventure. Knowing my life, it'll be a fun one!
